This time it was my kitchen faucet that had never been worked on. As always arrived on time and resolved quickly. Thanks Updated review. Jeff came back to fix a second problem that I was not aware of that he discovered on the initial repair. As always he's fast and does a good job. The pipe leading into one of my valves had broken. Most people would have installed a new and expensive valve, but that is not Jeff. He replaced the broken piece and saved the main valve. As part of the repair he replaced the old PVC junk with copper that will outlast me. So the repair is done and working fine. It looks nice enough to enter in to a contemporary art show. Jeff has an open invitation to stop by as a guest. And to bring his wife Rose. She is masterclass at customer service and should hold classes. Thanks Mike and Bev Jeff was a regular for many years at our new house and over time he corrected things as they failed. We haven't needed him for years as nothing new failed. Last nights storm took out the outside faucet. I had to shut off the line into the house to stop the water. Fixed by 11 this morning vs the later scheduled time. Majesty also recommended a good water mitigation group who which was also timely when there water dmage.
